Cant lose weight How and why the food makers keep you fat

If you cannot lose weight there is a secret that the food makers dont want you to know, the food makers are including dangerous poisons in the food to create food addictions. The adding of addictive chemicals are done purposely to increase profits and repeat customers. The soda industry is only one industry that has abused food chemicals, almost every food today includes high fructose corn syrup, if you cant lose weight this is only one ingredient that is causing obesity and making many very rich.

Coca Cola states that they will lower calories..what a joke

The obesity outcry has many people blaming the soda industry and this is only partially correct, the soda industry has responded by addressing something that does not effect their profits... “Calories”. The blaming of calories for obesity is the biggest scam in the food industry, the main cause of obesity is a fake sweetener linked to obesity, diabetes, cancer, belly fat, and even death. High fructose corn syrup is as addictive as crack cocaine and today this fake sugar is added to almost all foods on the market, it is a trick to created addictions and make money.

The Food makers will not remove this drug so the only solution is to speak of calories, yesterday Coca-cola announced they will show the calories in the soda “bigger” and work to reduce “calories”, this is all nonsense, they refuse to remove the HFCS.

Here is the quote from Jeff Cronin, a spokesman for Washington-based Center for Science in the Public Interest, who caught the Coke “trick”

Coca-Cola’s “objective is to deflect criticism of sugary drinks and to forestall any meaningful government action to reduce soda consumption,” said Jeff Cronin

HFCS is not table sugar it is a cheap substitute that does very bad things in your body. HFSC is now added to vegetables, beans, rice, cookies, bread, canned meats and more. There are almost no foods today that does not this created sugar. If you are wondering why and how come you are not losing weight, look on the label for HFSC. This is just the tip of the iceberg, there are many more chemicals making you fat.

How they make your belly fat increase

The key to profit is something street drug dealers have known for a long time, the secret is addiction. Never think for one second that the food makers would not give you cancer, heart disease and an increasing waistline for their own profit. Business in the United States has become very unethical, never think that the food makers would not ruin your body for another dollar, they would and they do not care about you.

High Fructose Corn Syrup : You did not ask for it but you got it.

Researchers in France showed that cocaine addiction was not as strong has an addiction to high fructose corn syrup, cocaine addicted animals passed up the cocaine for high fructose corn syrup. The FDA response is that they dont “believe” that the amounts of HFSC in the diet of people would cause an addiction but they admit they do not know.

But we DO know..The researchers concluded

The French researchers of the study concluded:

Our findings clearly demonstrate that intense sweetness can surpass cocaine reward, even in drug-sensitized and addicted individuals.

The data is so overwhelming the field has to accept it,’said Nora Volkow, director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse. ‘We are finding tremendous overlap between drugs in the brain and food in the brain.’

If you cannot lose weight the only way that has been shown is with a diet that repairs the damage from food chemicals. An insulin resistance diet reverse belly fat and weight gain, this was proven in 4 European studies here

Why not free yourself from the chemicals and finally lose the weight. Only an insulin resistance diet has been shown to reverse body fat from food chemicals related Type 2 Diabetes Diet

Why Crohn’s Disease And Nutrition Go Hand In Hand

The biggest problem caused by Crohn’s disease the impaired function of the digestive system. Because most cases of this condition begin within the intestines, the body is unable, at times, to pull what it needs from the foods you eat each day. There are many times when Crohn’s disease and nutrition supplements, along with diets and stress relief go hand in hand. When the body is not getting what it needs, it begins to rely on the fat stores for what it requires. Crohn’s sufferers begin to lose weight, can feel extremely frail, and have problems with staying awake. Though for a lot of sufferers there are long periods of remission, it is a good idea to keep on top of your nutritional intake at all times.Crohn’s patients soon learn that they are going to spend a lot of time in the bathroom, and this is usually one of the reasons sufferers seek treatment in the first place. When diarrhea becomes a common occurrence, the body is not taking what it needs. The foods are simply moving through the system too fast. After a while, a patient will know what is ‘normal’ for them in terms of bowel habits, and they will know when things begin to get worse, and they may even notice blood in the stool. When that happens, medical advice is needed as soon as possible. The inflammation that occurs in the intestines leads to a series of complications. The tract may become blocked, and that means nothing is going to go through. There can be perforations that develop, which can lead to waste matter leaking out of the intestines and into the body. There are also ulcers, tears, and abscesses that can occur, and they can all lead to a rapid decline in health. When any of these things happen, a doctor will probably recommend a surgical procedure to help a patient regain good health, at least for a little while. Some fear surgery, but in these cases, it should be strongly recommended. If it is refused, the body can start to deteriorate very quickly. The Specific Carb Diet is sometimes recommended to patients who are not getting proper nutrition. This diet is very restrictive, but often helps reduce symptoms and allows the intestine time to heal. It eliminates many of the foods that might aggravate Crohn’s, and can help restore good health for some. Some people can remove just one troublesome item to begin to feel better. There are many Crohn’s patients who are also intolerant of lactose, which is found in milk and many milk products. Taking away milk can sometimes be all a patient needs to do, but they must find ways to replace that lost source of calcium and vitamin D.Many doctors are reluctant to discuss Crohn’s disease and nutrition with some patients, because they feel that a patient that limits their diet is aggravating an already tenuous situation. They know that by further restricting your diet you may eliminate many of the vital nutrients your body desperately needs. You may need to take vitamins to help replace some of the lost nutrients. However, it is essential that you talk to your doctor before you start taking any supplements, or before removing food items from your diet. It’s important to find the right balance when treating your Crohn’s disease and nutrition intake.

Guest Post by Alison Howard 3 Reasons Why Processed Meat and Too Much Protein Are Linked to Diabetes

Dear friends, Here is a wonderful and very useful post by Alison Howard, this is a must-read for all diabetics and also for those who are in the diabetic-risk group; another reason why processed meats and red meats should be avoided by diabetics.

3 Reasons Why Processed Meat and Too Much Protein Are Linked to Diabetes
Eating meat is something that millions of people across the country do every day. At this point in history, individuals generally realize that many different activities pose some sort of health risk. However, you might not know that eating too much processed meat and protein could lead to the diabetes. What are the reasons for this connection?

Weight Gain
You are probably aware that being overweight or obese can be a direct link to diabetes. When you put on the pounds, you are also increasing your chances of getting diabetes and other types of diseases. Lots of meat, especially beef and pork, can really start to make you gain weight. Therefore, your chance of getting diabetes rises. Selecting lean cuts of meat is a really smart idea. When you are craving sausage, look for turkey or chicken sausage instead. If you are going to purchase beef, you can usually look for versions that have less fat in them.

Type 2 Diabetes
Livestrongs article by Angela Ogunjimi entitled "Diabetes & Red Meat" discusses the connection that has been found between type 2 diabetes and eating red meat. According to Ogunjimi, Harvard University conducted an extensive study that looked at the link between meat consumption and diabetes. The researchers found that people who consumed more meat were more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. Ogunjimi goes on to explain how the researchers discovered that people might be taking in too much iron and too much sodium nitrate, and both of these substances can lead to an increased risk of diabetes.

Other Substances
In your meats, you are also going to find an array of other substances that could cause problems. Salt is a major culprit of which you need to be aware. As you probably know, any type of processed food is likely to be loaded with salt. Not only is this salt bad if you are trying to avoid diabetes, but it can cause other health problems as well. The Hearts article "Processed Meat, Not Red Meat Per Se, Linked to CHD, Diabetes" by Lisa Nainggolan talks about how the presence of salt, saturated fat and cholesterol in these processed meats can cause health problems.

What to Do
You might be a little bit worried because you do love your meat. Well, as mentioned earlier, you can certainly looking into less fattening alternatives. You might even want to have a vegetarian night or a vegan night once in awhile when dinner time comes around so that you are not eating as much meat. Chicken, turkey and seafood are always excellent choices too. Start looking around online to find recipes. Of course, whenever it comes to medical issues, you must speak to your doctor.

Why Go Vegetarian

Friends! Do you like to be eaten by Tiger? Do you like to be killed? If not! Why we kill animals for food? Many studies proved it beyond doubt that human digestive system and body is made for vegetarian food and vegetarian food is much better for human being than animal based diet. More and more people are turning to veg food. Thus it’s a time to think and  switch over. I myself and my parents are vegetarian and enjoy good health.
Looking the health benefits, environmental benefits and humanitarian grounds I think and suggest all my friends to be vegetarian. With the additional benefit of avoiding many diseases caused by high fat diets such as heart disease and many cancers, vegetarianism is clearly the superior choice.
If you are not, you must at least try becoming a vegetarian that is an exciting experiment that has many advantages and no risks. Do it for your body, for your lifestyle and for your environment. Here are some of the health and environmental benefits of going vegan:

Why not to consume meat?

Very High protein in harmful: A high-protein meat diet may be the reason of high uric acid causing gall stone and gout. Also may worsen kidney function because your body may have trouble eliminating all the waste products of protein metabolism. Many people have the idea that animal protein is superior to plant protein because the former is considered a complete protein, and the latter is incomplete. The truth is that some plant proteins are complete, and that food combining can create complete proteins out of several incomplete protein foods. Wheat has 17% of its calories as protein, broccoli has 45% and rice has 8%. It is very easy to have a protein rich diet without eating meat.

Meat creates toxins: Carnivores have shorter and smooth intestines. Because of the low fibre content and high protein density of meat, the intestines do not require a long time to absorb nutrients. Whereas humans, like other naturally vegetarian animals, have larger intestine and not smooth. Thus the meats you eat stays in intestines for a longer period of time and create toxins. These toxins have been implicated as a cause of colon cancer, and they also increase the burden on the liver, which has the function of getting rid of toxins. This can cause cirrhosis and even cancer of the liver. Beside meat contains many steroids, antibiotics and pesticides.

Bad effect onkidneys: There is a lot of urokinase protein and urea in meat, which add burdens on the kidneys, and can destroy kidney function. Urokinase protein destroys metabolic functions of cells. Furthermore, meat lacks cellulose or fibre, and lack of fibre can easily create constipation. It is known that constipation can cause rectal cancer or piles.

Meat produces carcinogens: Cancer is the second leading cause of death. Experiments indicate that the burning and roasting of flesh creates a chemical element (Methylcholanthrene) which is a powerful carcinogen that can develop cancers, such as bone tumours, cancer of the blood, cancer of the stomach, etc. There is no greater personal health risk than eating meat, aside from smoking.

Cardiovascular diseases: The cholesterol and saturated fats in flesh also create cardiovascular disorders. Cardiovascular disorders are one of the most leading causes of death around the world.

Spread of animal antibiotics and drugs: Antibiotics as well as other drugs including steroids and growth hormones are either added to animal feed or injected directly into the animals. It has been reported that people eating these animals will absorb these drugs into their bodies. There is a possibility that antibiotics in meat are diminishing the effectiveness of antibiotics for human use.

Health benefits of vegetarian foods

Avoids toxic chemicals: Nearly 95 percent of the pesticide residue comes from meat, fish and dairy products. Fish, in particular, contain carcinogens (PCBs, DDT) and heavy metals (mercury, arsenic, lead, cadmium) that can’t be removed through cooking or freezing. Meat and dairy products can also be laced with steroids and hormones, so be sure to read the labels on the dairy products you purchase.

reduces risk of food-borne illnesses:  food-borne illnesses of all kinds account for 76 million illnesses a year. That cause millions of hospitalization and thousands of deaths. Foods rich in protein such as meat, poultry, fish and seafood are frequently involved in food-borne illness outbreaks.

Longer life: If you switch to a vegetarian diet, you can add about 13 more healthy years to your life.  Meat and saturated fat eaters have shorter life span and at the end their life is more disabled. Animal products clog arteries, zap energy and slow down immune system. Meat eaters also experience accelerated cognitive and sexual dysfunction at a younger age.

Ward off diseases: An estimated 70 percent of all diseases, including one-third of all cancers, are related to diet. People, who eat meat, consume more proteins and fats than need. An excess of proteins can cause kidney failure and/or osteoporosis, and a high-fat diet can eventually lead to heart disease, cancer, obesity, and diabetes. A vegetarian diet reduces the risk for chronic degenerative diseases such as obesity, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and certain types of cancer including colon, breast, prostate, stomach, lung and esophageal cancer.

keep your weight down: The standard meat diet high in saturated fats and processed foods and low in plant-based foods and complex carbohydrates is making us fat and killing us slowly. About 64 percent of adults and 15 percent of children aged 6 to 19 are overweight and are at risk of weight-related ailments including heart disease, stroke and diabetes.

Build strong bones: Vegetarian and dairy products are good sources of Calcium. Foods also supply other nutrients such as phosphorus, magnesium and vitamin D that are necessary for the body to absorb and use calcium.
When there isn’t enough calcium in the bloodstream, our bodies will leach it from existing bone. The metabolic result is that our skeletons will become porous and lose strength over time.

Higher stamina and energy: Good nutrition generates more usable energy. Too much fat in your bloodstream means that arteries won’t open properly and that your muscles won’t get enough oxygen. The result? You feel zapped. whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables are so high in complex carbohydrates, they supply the body with plenty of energizing fuel. Many long distance track athletes keep a vegetarian diet for the time preceding competitions.

Avoid constipation: Eating a lot of vegetables necessarily means consuming more fiber, which pushes waste out of the body. Meat lacks cellulose or fibre, and lack of fibre can easily create constipation. People who eat lower on the food chain tend to have fewer instances of constipation, hemorrhoids and diverticulitis.

Ease the symptoms of menopause: Certain foods are rich in phytoestrogens, that mimic the behavior of estrogen and can increase and decrease estrogen and progesterone levels. Thus helps ensure a more comfortable passage through menopause. Phytoestrogens can be found in foods such as  soy, apples, beets, cherries, dates, garlic, olives, plums, raspberries, squash and yams. Because menopause is also associated with weight gain and a slowed metabolism, a low-fat, high-fibre vegetarian diet can help ward off extra pounds.

Ant aging and anti-cancer: Whole grains, fruits and vegetables contain lots of phytochemicals and antioxidants, which fight with free radicals and carcinogens. Free radicals are produced as residue of metabolic reactions and reduce the efficiency of our cells. Thus antioxidants help our cells to regain the efficiency and prevent cancer.

Effect of eating animal flesh of environment

Raising animals for meat has its consequences. It leads to rain forest destruction, global heat rising, water pollution, water scarcity, desertification, misuse of energy resources, and world hunger. The use of land, water, energy, and human effort to produce meat is not an efficient way to use the earths resources.
Large extensions of forests have been cut and changed into grasslands that provide cattle with food. To conserve grasslands, fertilizers and other chemical substances are used; consequently, soil and water resources are polluted. Even though there are methods that avoid this kind of deterioration, producers prefer to ignore them so they can keep satisfying the increasing meat demand without affecting their production rates.

High environmental pollution: Chemical and animal waste runoff from factory farms are responsible for more than 173,000 miles of polluted rivers and streams. Runoff from farmlands is one of the greatest threats to water quality today. Raising cattle contributes significantly to the production of three gases which cause global warming, is a leading cause of water pollution. It requires a staggering 2464 gallons of water for the production of each pound of beef. It only takes 29 gallons of water to produce a pound of tomatoes, and 139 gallons to produce a one pound loaf of whole wheat bread. There are three root causes of environmental degradation :
1 The large volumes of animal waste produced;
2 Lack of appropriate management and disposal of these materials; and
3 Unsustainable water usage and soil degradation associated with feed production.

World Hunger: raising cattle requires massive amounts of water that could be used elsewhere. The amount of grain grown to feed cattle could be used to feed starving nations. Nearly one billion people suffer from hunger and malnutrition on this planet. Over 40 million die each year of starvation, and most of them are children.  Despite this, more than one third of the worlds grain harvest is diverted from feeding people to feeding livestock.  Imagine how many people those grains could feed. If we fed people instead of livestock, no one would go hungry. Whereas only a third of nutrients fed to animals are absorbed, rest just go waste.

spare animals: Many vegetarians give up meat because of their concern for animals. Ten billion animals are slaughtered for human consumption each year. And, unlike the farms of yesteryear where animals roamed freely, today most animals are factory farmed crammed into cages where they can barely move and fed a diet tainted with pesticides and antibiotics. These animals spend their entire lives in crates or stalls so small that they can’t even turn around. Farmed animals are not protected from cruelty under the law in fact, the majority of state anti cruelty laws specifically exempt farm animals from basic humane protection. And not to speak of cruelty against these animals.

Albert Einstein said, "I think the changes and purifying effects that a vegetarian diet have on a human beings disposition are quite beneficial to mankind. Therefore, it is both auspicious and peaceful for people to choose vegetarianism." This has been the common advice of many important figures and sages throughout history!
